Can you imagine being the child of a president of a nation or a powerful billionaire? What confidence would we have in our endeavours, in our lives and in our future!
Yet there are times when we have forgotten that we are children of the most powerful being in the world - God Himself. It is this profound truth that John passionately proclaims the honour we have to be called children of God.
In a world gripped by fear - fear of the future, fear of societal judgment, fear of failure - it is critical that we grasp our identity as beloved children of God. If we do not know whose we are and how loved we are by our Father, we would not have the courage to live out the call of God in our lives.

Beloved, let us live each day with the deep sense of our Heavenly Father’s love towards us so that we can be so bold and carry out mighty exploits for Him!
